hello

If sometimes it happens to me too, the best thing you can do when tournaments are over if you feel badly frustrated by a bad bit or a bad decision and at those times you can't control it, the best thing is to stop playing. Distract yourself from doing something else until it's over and then playing again

Tilt is a terrible thing! Each player has his own methods of struggle. There is no universal recipe ((Personally, I try not to play this day at all.

You can take a break and think about winning in the long run. Reviewing your game may help too.

You made a mistake, playing TT from an early stage on the bubble of a medium or large tournament is definitely not the best solution. 9bb is a very good opportunity to pass the bubble and get into the money... Therefore, your knocking out is not surprising..

Of course, after a big disappointment, you should not continue playing. There are no good tips to avoid this. You should remember, not to sit down to play if your head is not fresh, there are bad thoughts or you are not ready to completely relax and look only at the table and the cards. Learn to open a client, only if you are in a positive mood. Poker is absolutely not the game, to rid you from bad thoughts or bad mood... Her will kill you even more...: (

I think, these are elementary and very simple rules for playing poker, which players constantly forget: (

Eston has happened to me a lot, unfortunately it is still difficult for me to control that what happens to me in one tournament does not affect me in another, it happened to me yesterday and it happened to me today, sometimes I just take a deep breath and focus on what I owe but other times there is no way

Even right on the bubble it is rarely going to be a mistake to open jam TT for 9BB. It is somewhat close though, especially if Hero had a full table with 8 other players left to act behind him, and it was right on the actual bubble. So if Hero was in a little over his head ("expensive buyin"), folding might have been a reasonable option, but that still does not make jamming an outright mistake.

Of course, after a big disappointment, you should not continue playing. There are no good tips to avoid this. This on the other hand is 100% true. And also if Hero know, that he would be prone to tilt, if he bubbled in that "big" tournament, then folding would probably have been a better option. This is a concept, that can be used in cash games as well. If a spot is marginal, it is ok to go for the lower variance alternative of folding to keep yourself away from tilt. Ideally we should not tilt of course, but most people do, and then its important to use all available tools to manage the problem.
