A small hi-lo tournament. I bet this one hurt for the guy with the ace flush; glad I stayed out.

Does anyone know the odds for hitting a straight flush or a royal at this game? Obviously considerably higher than at hold 'em.

Happens all the time in Omaha and PLO8. That's what makes it exciting. It really is a game of having the absolute nuts to know you will win.

What? What A high flush? Other guy had 8s full.
Which is a relly small fullhouse.
So really no surprise here.
And nobody was hurt.
Everything is just as it should be in Omaha.
A regular day in OmahaDonkeyTown

No, not absolute nuts. Franckly Omaha is a fantastic game to catch donkeys.
Like in the pic on the first post. I mean Full House is very common in Omaha. If there is a pair and several players in hand - there gota be a Full House.
And in this example guy had the lowest one possible. So no wonder he lost.

I don’t know the odds exactly, but the straight flush looks good everywhere (except Razz). :)
It sure is significantly more common than in holdem.
But in PLO8, it's better to start with hands that have a chance of winning the low pot, because if you look at the PLO8 game type, your opponent will win more often with that hand. :bebored:
But your straight flush certainly shows well.

A to 5 at razz takes some beating!

I missed another royal flush last night. Have posted the screengrab on my blog. Cashed, so not so bothered.
