Stealing blinds

So guys what do you think about this?Who better to steal the blinds?At what stage of the tournament is best to steal the blinds?What are the best cards to steal?In what position you start stealing?I had almost mastered this important poker technique, but would like to hear your opinions about this.

It's more of an art than a science IMO. There are no set times, cards, or people to do it with. Just do it when you can but make sure you're not flooding your range with theft.

Theft depends on the size of the blinds in relation to the size of the stacks. As a rule, if you are in a late position and all the players before you went into the pass, then the attempt to steal the initial bank will be most justified.
