well its part of the game, i have done it and you should do it too. its a tricky spot to be in. once itm pull the trigger. you hate to just win mininial amount but hate even more to win nothing.

Let them time away. The clock is against the SSers. If you have a reasonable stack, what's it to you if you play fewer hands near the bubble? Less of a chance to lose chips (conversely less of a chance to win chips but ITM is better than not). The longer they wait the worse it'll be when they finally do have to play a hand in the BB.

Using the clock around the bubble is a tactic i will use, bubbling out is a pain, once the bubble breaks then get busy making enough for the final table, usually where the real money is.

It only bothers me when you're hand-for-hand and the guy lets his clock run down and folds. Unless I misunderstand, there's nothing to gain by running your clock down at that point, is there?

Sorry i havent been keeping up with it like i should, but everyone kept saying they were in fact squeezing into the money. I couldnt believe it not only were you doing it but owning up to it. How do you feel when you clear that bubble with about 3 bbs and u have absolutely no chance of coming back but you got your buy in back and maybe if your lucky a small profit. Feels pretty rotten i bet

Yes, that can be annoying, however, I have did it a couple of times. Haven't been at a table where there were several doing it. Just got to kick back and let it happen I guess.

IMO, its the strategy, if you feel like they are just taking forever, why don't you make them pay for that. Raise all in or make it hard for them to call.

SSers who run the clock down only hurt themselves, and the rest of their table. All it does is ensure that when the blinds do eventually get to them, its a larger chunk of their stack..

Doesnt everyone hate the player who starts using all of their allotted time on every decision when getting near the money. I was at a table the other day and there was about three or four of them doing it. I got so mad because we didnt get to see many hands around the bubble which is a time i like to steal alot of pots. I wish there was a way to stop people from doing this.

I agree with this lol, I also hate when people run down the clock, espesically when there is still 100-200 ppl before the money. when they tables start running down the clock I just go to pogo.com lol play some games there.
