Spins dont have antes and start with 25BB, so generally we should not push over a min-raise in the first blind level, because the risk/reward is not good enough. Moreover Spins are winner takes all, so we cant apply ICM-pressure by pushing, which makes it a less effective move compared to other tournaments.
I usually don't raise the bet at the beginning of a spin, since usually many like to do that or bet everything and tragedies happen, the only way is any high pair, then if I risk a little more with AK, AQ and what instinct tells me
If this is the beginning of the game, then you can test the strength of your opponent hand by re-raising and be ready to flip a coin depending on the strength of your hand, and if you want to be ahead, you need good hands. And so, depending the chips, many hands can play according to Nash.
