Just curious what people snack on whilst playing long MTTs. I myself am partial to Gobstoppers. Tasty and long lasting. Just need to make enough to pay my dental bills!
I recommend dried fruits, as they are rich energizing and also we must remember that we play seated and do not do much physical activity for a long time sitting at the tables you have to take care of our body too because if we are not physically and mentally not we can play good poker.
If I am on a health kick then I will just drink water to keep my stomach full and eat a couple of almonds if I really need some sustenance. If I am less worried about being healthy then I will munch on a big bag of potato chips! What I eat or refrain from eating doesn't have much of an effect on my play as long as I am relaxed
