When stacks are short, does it make sense to just start limping with 2-3 players left? Where everyone is around 10-30BB left?

And if so, what are hands that someone would limp vs raising?

Small pairs maybe. With aggressive players, limping is not an option.

Usually this decision is made with the top spectrum, limp on the preflop, and regardless of the situation, push on the flop. I very rarely call BB and then for the moove of float only. cold call bb it's fish moove.

It depends on the tournament structure ,, on the stage and your stack size. Usually play normally limp if the tournament stage when all players have short stacks. Or if the size of the stack allows you to go to the bank with 10% to 15% of your stack. In other cases, or fold or all in.
