What are some of the key things to focus on in online MTT when moving up in stakes? Of course keeping to the strict 1-4% of bankroll is great, but what skills should the ABC player have going from micro to low stakes. For example: expect to see more 3 bets, 4 bets, and squeezes. Expect to see less players all in preflop.

What other fundamental differences should a micro player be looking for to sustain next level(s) with authority? If somebody posts a GREAT talking point, let's give an old fashioned Thumbs Up for the effort.

Lots of players open with wider ranges while in EP. Suited connectors, two gappers, etc.

Add that to your game so you as a player won't be so predictable in EP. C bets size quarter pots to force villain to overplay their cards or entice them to r/r you with marginal hands when you are strong

Depends on the cards. It is dangerous to play aggressively with a small pair out of position. With aces you need to raise or re-raise from any position. AK needs to be played aggressively. Of course, a lot depends on your reputation. And how the players play with you.
