Is this the correct formula for Push EV? EV(Push)= P(Fold)*$Win + [P(Call)*(%Win*$Win) - P(Call)*(%Lose*$Lose)] ALSO: Does $Win = Shoving Chips + Pot? Do we include the chips risked to make the Shove? Thanks R
