These are the situations, where i still make lot of mistakes, would play it totally differently on a higher level, but as it is micro...

The hole hand is a huge mistery for me. First I never open 3BB under 20BB stack - generally only 50-60BB+ and if the table suitable for that - but i can understand that, seeing the other 2 players just called it from 17 and 10 BB Good to have opponents like them!! Huge surprise they play it like that on FT.

Preflop:
Depends on the opponents, (your previous hands were full with limping machines, too, so probably they don't steal at all.), but i would try a limp, you have a pretty strong hand, and hope one of them at least will push allin, or just simply push preflop allin with your 17BB, probably that represents a weaker hand for them, but based on their actions, who knows...???

Based on that, it is an FT, and you are the 2nd shortstack, except these 2 guys everybody has much higher stack, there is no significant pay jump between 7-8 places, probably push in all is more sympathetic for me. You need double ups, anyway, don't think there are better situations like this, if one of them calls, if not blinds taken without stress.

Flop:
Exactly, because of both of them came in, and you have overpair, doesnt matter anything, it is allin for me, even if it is a pot over bet. If one of them have 9 he will call, if 7, you just can't fold it anyway... (i guess they don't have higher over pair, nor 99, 77) and i really don't want to face with the situation that a J,Q,K,A fall on turn, how it did and now you are under pressure, with pretty good cards in your hand, half of your stack is in the pot, total short stack situation...

Turn:
I really don't know, i never play like this, get in situations like this, or at least try to avoid as much as i can, you are on FT, don't want to relegate first, especially there are still one more smaller stack, and with this one he put you in a very difficult situation, you must make the hard decision, instead of max. on flop push allin, and they have to make the hard decision...

You should wait for someone else comment, you put yourself in a very bad situation...
really personal opinion not based on anything, but perhaps both call or fold is okay, as it is pretty much wrong played from pre-flop...

Try to avoid to face with situations like this, it could be done both preflop and flop.

If you don't mind asking, off-topic, this few questions:
Don't play on ps for a while, but the field on micros are generally so weak? What kind of tourney is it, how many players were on that? All levels have a 12% fee from buyins?

you just asked in your other topic about bankroll building, don't know your bankroll, but doesnt matter how much is that, over 1k regs for beginning, not so good picks, the bloody variance. If i can recommend here, try to stay in a choosen reg field range within 200+/- regs from the choosen av. reg numbers.

So you fold the 1010... you see from this point of view, too, why it is better to play more smaller field tourneys at the beginning, these basic mistakes cost less (+you will get used to play in bubbles, FTs, as you will reach them more often on smaller fields, later on you won't stress out in situations like this, you just simply push it (or limp call, if you try to play differently), and it is min a flip, perhaps even 60-70-80% for you, what you are happy to take as a shortstack.), and the up/down swings smaller, so less chance smaller fields eat up your total bankroll...
