Probably yes. When the stack is small, you do not have many options, so it is probably easier to decide. But overall, I think it depends more on the buy-in size than the stack size.

Definitely, especially, that I play plenty turbo, hyper, so the allin/fold phases are quite common, I can't really reach FT without 8-10 situations like that. Stacksize and position is very important, and with what hands to call allins, if I am shortstack - the hardest for me, even in deepstack tourneys.

Bearing in mind that you only have two options, all on or fold, everything is simpler, however simpler does not mean that you will play easier, you will have more chance of getting it right however the chance of falling is very great even choosing the spots correct for all in. The moment of the push / fold is crucial, it is impossible to win a tournament without going through that phase a few times.

Yes, for me it is much easier. You don't have room for mistakes. Nowadays I don't even get frustrated when I get to a short stack since I know that most likely with a lot of patience I will recover.
