not sure what you mean, but if the blinds defend aggressively, value own them by raising bigger with hands, or limp and see if they attack- then stab the flop

it depends on your style of play and your opponents' style of play. if they are passive yeah give it a try but if they are more aggressive than you then not.

but if you ask me if you have enough chips never bother!!!

It would be better for you as well as others reading that you explain your question a little more.

i prefer cutoff for a raise, the BT can be counterproductive sometimes in my opinion.

It's almost mandatory to raise limpers on the button, but as everyone now knows that's what you should do they're calling regardless.

Same as c-bet

Poker is becoming more and more 'uniform' played so it's a matter of time until it just becomes luck

Don't bluff a calling station. That's basic ABC poker.

Button is the one of the my favourite position in tournament. Raisin on the button depends of tournaments ti. in wich stage tournament is. In early phase raising on the button does not have meaning. In middle and especially late phase of tournaments raising on the button is the good move. Best situation for raising the button is that: everyone fold before you, tournament is one the late phase, players on SB and BB have less chips than you. This is the perfect situation for raise and you should raise.

Although nowadays every position likes to raise like "any two cards can win", button still has a very good position. When you have a good hand you really should raise heavy to get out the limpers.
