POKER SHORT STACK TURNAMENTS

Hello guys i have a problem with short stack i know that first while the blinds are small u wait for monster while u can and if u grt a premium hand u raise x2 big blind from LP but what next i mean u play Like this till u get less then 15-25 blinds and after that should i push and what i mean someone told me to push from LP i know but which cards? Less then 20 blind should i push Ax and every pair? And why i am trying to understand why should i push and which cards hope someone could help me out
