POKER QUESTION: I was a TD in a NLHE poker tournament. The blinds were at 300/600. The flop comes when Player A bets to 1,400 and player B throws in five 500 chips and raises to 2,500. Player A, thinking that Player B has made the minimum raise to 2,800, re-raises 20,000 to all-in. Since Player B did not make a legal raise what does player B have to do if he/she decides to fold?

I believe they have to put in the min. raise to 2800,,after that they can do what they want, call ,re-raise or fold, but they have to put the full min. raise in

I think the player should add 300 chips to the pot and then follow the rules !!!

I'm not sure either, but as the blinds were 300/600 I think 2500 is a legal raise already. Or does it always have to be the double of the raise? In onlinepoker I see often UTG minraise, let's say 1200, UTG+1 raises 1 BB more to 1800 and so on.
In this case, 2000 would have been the minraise.

I need information about players. What are their stacks. Often or not, the player who raised will fold to reraise. How they play.
