Optimal Min Opening Hands with 10-20bb

I noticed some pro min-opens and folds often (I saw with AT, AJ) recently with as little as 11 or so big blinds from the button.

What are some thoughts on min opening and folding. Does anybody do this more regularly where others recommend to open shove, or raise call? Which hands do you prefer to open shove and/or min-open/fold?

It seems the whole thing in a kicker and your opponent. With a certain stack at certain stages of some of the players can expect decisive action with aces with high kicker. AQ AQ and therefore against them needs to be done especially raise with an ace. If they start aggressive game then it is better to lose. Then they win at least. You will win more in the other hand.
