In a cash game, what would you do if you meet this guys in a table?

I would not prefer any of the proposed options. But if I met such people at the table, probably just changed the table. I do not care about their tricks, I still defeat them))).

Chip dumping is easy to suspect and hard to prove, besides, if your goal is to win the tournament it doesn't make a difference, you still need to win all the chips.

If the chat is private, the only way to know that the players are saying their hands to each other is if you are one of them

If the players describe their hands in the public chat using a different language, and you know that language (otherwise how do you know what they are saying?), it works to your advantage, so sit tight, keep playing and take all their money

Its both cheating just in different ways. There are ways to deal with cheaters and its pretty much just to rat them out to whatever sight or casino you play in. Horrible stuff both things, i hate anyone that does either for real.

at the cash table get up, in tournaments you have to stay complicated so that they stay away doing that bad luck find them in a tournament, report them at the moment if you are sure

i would tell on them thats not legal i think!!!! and online there is no way of knowing that. but on a live game even the dealer would do tsomething about it

Poker is such a game where these factors don't really bother you.
You just play your A game.
No amount of cheating can really effect you.

This can lead to account closure of the 2 suspicious accounts and funds confiscated and returned to the third party if screenshots are made and sent to the pokersite security team and they see clear collusion or cheating during their investigation.

This situation is very unpleasant. You can go to another table in the cash game. I focus on my game if I see players from one country

It's really hard to play a tournament if friends meet there and you are in between them. they are bullying you

I will not play with such players. But if this is a tournament, then there is no way out and I would try to understand what they are talking about.
