I was 12 spots away from the money and I was hit with this hand after coming to a new table.
I knew nothing of the other players.

What would do? Call, Fold, Raise? Why?
Hand A

I would put all-in, the second stack at the table and a good hand, most likely will close one short stack of 5670 chips, if you lose you will have 9000 chips, and if you win it will be 23000. Thus, with a stack of 14,000 chips, you can win 9,000 chips or lose 5670 chips. I think in this situation it is obvious that the chance should be put all-in.

Agree - All-in to scary other players (aspeccially and only this one who had more chips). If you are afraid this this hand when you are almost leader on table - think how much there are afraid.

i agree its shove time to try and isolate to the original raiser. i would think he would call there. if the smaller banks call you are probably ahead preflop

I don't know that I would shove because there is a player with 32K sitting on the button. he may call just to try to eliminate 3 people that close to the money. that said, I would absolutely call or re-raise. Look at the bet in terms of number of BBs. The raise was only to 2 BBs so even though it seemed like a lot of chips, it's still just a min-raise and that should not scare you off AQ.

That's normally going to be a shove for me, no knowledge of the other players at the table, no particular interest in mini cashing. I would rather shove AQ than try to outplay folks I have no information on.
