Only thing I see on the flop you called such a huge amount on a draw. But then again we all play differently.

-Why the limp open? At ~25bb shouldn't you still be doing a 2.2x or something?
-69s might be a Little loose for hijack since you're not deep stacked, but that one is arguable (and I'm definitely not saying I'm an authority)
-What are you folding to a 3bet/actual open here if you're limping? If it's nothing, why not open and steal the binds? I think I would fold here
-Why are you calling on a flush draw? Unless you put him on total air, you're at most a coinflip here. This might be an OK shove since you pick up fold equity - as-is, what you're saying is you don't think you have better than 49% chance to win if you fold here, dust yourself off, and get to the next hand.

Limp/calling raise with 69s and ~20BBs effective is pretty bad. Just fold preflop. Or at least open up the pot if you're going to play that hand.

Calling flop shove isn't as bad because it's probably one of the better flops you could ask for. I don't see why you would be folding a flush draw there if you're limp/calling with that hand.

Out of curiosity, would you have made this post-asking where your mistakes were-if you had won the hand? Or would you have taken it as you playing correctly?

Your biggest "mistake" in my eyes was to be in the pot.
You had to fold preflop from this position.

It was necessary to dump their cards to 3bet BB. Fold - money saved.

You didn’t have to be in this hand. 96 on that position is pretty loose. That’s your biggest mistake on my opinion. Then calling raise, than calling all in with draw. So on my opinion you didn’t do anything right.
