ive seen online tournaments people will play way more loose and donk way more. shove all in with any pocket pair preflop or any ace. i think its because they cant see who you are. live tourny people play more straight forward because they can see the person n comment or the person doesnt want yo look like a donk and dont care when there hiding behind a screen

It might also matter, that live players have much more at stake. It feels kind of silly to drive for hours to get to the casino, buy in for 200$, donk of your stack after 25 minutes and then head home, because you dont have money to rebuy, or the tournament does not allow it. Online most people play for a very small amount of money like 5$ or even less, so rebuying is not a monetary problem. And even if rebuy is not allowed, then the next tournament will begin shortly, so you can still continue to play.

I prefer to play live poker , since body language reaveals me alot about players and their plays , and its been working so far

While on online that part of poker is dead , which is a huge drawback if u know and understand the game , & know how and when and against who to do what ,so basically you have to wait for the nuts and hope to get paid , or bluff and go to sleep early

I prefer to play poker online, as I find it easier to hide my hands and also my reactions. kamikaze.

This is true for many factors. The largest being tournaments cost way less online and also that you can play multiple tournaments at once or fire up a new one immediately once you get bounced out. Live usually will have players only there to play that tournament or play cash after they are out but they are not trying to get to the cash tables as quickly as possible. Online, if you want you can take risks and if you are wrong then you just look in the lobby and start a new tourney.

If stacks are shallow and positions late, that might actually be the best strategy, and it might be live players, who are playing poor poker, because they do not want to go home or "look stupid".
