Least worst strategy

Been playing a lot of sng's recently and noticed 3 forms of extreme play.
Players who fold every hand pre-flop, players who call every hand pre-flop and players who go all-in pre-flop
In the long term all are doomed to fail but i am curious to know which of these 3 strategies is the least worst one

The least? Fold pre unless you have a decent hand. However, if you're doing any of these things every hand, you make it easy for your opponents.

In my opinion, the most ineffective strategy is to put all-in with every hand. After all, in one or 2 hands you can say goodbye to your stack.
