Is it good play to shove with 55 to 10p when you have 15bb left with around 20 people to the bubble. Is it worth it take a coin flip in the spot to double up chips, or should you wait until you get a stronger hand to go all in?

There are too many open variables to be able to provide a good answer to this question. For example:

1) What are the other stack sizes compared to yours ?
2) How loose/tight is your table ?
3) What is the payout structure ? What is the buy-in ?
4) What is your position and what types of players are left to act after you ?

In general, I don't like pushing low pairs unless I'm super short and need to make a move fast. The most likely hands to call you will be 2 over cards or a higher pair. This means you will generally be either a slight edge or a huge underdog.
