:as4::kh4: or :jh4::js4: ? (Let's say you have 20 big blinds)

Well this is just me but i was always told "a bird in hand is better than two in the bush" so in both question i would have to go with the pocket pair :sneaky:(y).

Same as above reply - I always prefer the pocket pair to hoping to hit the card I need.

I would play with a pair of jacks if it's a tie I have A K that makes the difference

Depends on dynamics, player's range and how many ppl went all in and how many chips I have comparing to them.

But if 3-4 players:
Q1: I prefer JJ (with hope at least two of them have Ax)
Q2: I prefer 99 (but sometimes gambling mode is on and I choose KQ)

The pocket pair obviously shares better, it gives you confidence on the flop side.

in the first option, I would choose the JJ pair because it's better to get the pair you already have in your hand. In the second option, I would choose KQ, it will stand better against the cards and I choose it but 99 is also a cool option, but I still like KQ closer

I would like to play the pairs. In a multiway play pot chance are one or two others have AK or Q, so I think JJ is a strong hand 99 is so so but still like it.

For some reason I always liked pairs more, I have a love for them, so I would choose the second option in both cases.

I'd choose JJ, hoping the other players block outs each other.
And I think KQ over 99.

I would always prefer to have the pocket pair as it is hard to make a pair in hold em.

Think of all the combinations of hands you can be up against as well with all the smaller pocket pairs and other combinations of two overs so you should be in a good position most times but of course you would have to take your opponent(s) into consideration.
