The correct range really depends on the what the blinds were at (how deep the effective stack is), but if there is a significant payout and high blinds/antes the shove can be profitable very wide since you should be calling extremely tight due to ICM concerns.
I don't think you made a bad play calling it off with QQ, that run-out is why you have a poker bankroll and play within its limitations.
That was a tough decision,and I don't blame calling with QQ,but it's pretty risky.
I think the range should be TT+ and AT+,since you have a pretty good change of getting a call from pocket pairs or KQ,KJ,so you'd be ahead.
In your situation,It wasn't a bad call,but you have to consoder that the chance of your opponent having an ace or a king is very high,and that puts you at risk in the bubble,so folding would be best there
