Sometimes it happens that I go to the bluff and I just can not stop
I can not even explain to myself
Does that happen to you?

Question 1 : are you tired if this happens;
Q 2 : did you drink when this happend;
Q 3 : You do realise that poker is mostly a waiting game.

Mostly people start to bluff after a wile getting nothing; and sometimes it pays of at first. The thing is, you'll always will lose if you bluff a lot! If you do it now ore then (and realy rarely) it may win you some money.
Just don't lose you're focus and try to be aware that you're betting again.

good luck in the future.

not too tired and never drunk
I just go to the bluff ... I feel that the opponent has a good hand
but i can not stop

I do not do it all the time ... but it happens more often than I would like

It seems I'm the only one here who makes such mistakes :)

many games played with virtual chips!
to train yourself not to do that!
Until you are able to overcome it do not need to pay real money!

I used to do this and what worked for me was cutting out bluffing all together. While that sounds like you can easily be exploited, lower stakes players don't even notice. I would just start playing ABC poker, and banning yourself from bluffing until you feel confident to put in a few here and there

Wow! It happens to me, it's my problem! After winning a few bluffs , I am fond of this case! A bluff can be played a small number of times, otherwise there will be a player who will solve the mystery!

But do you bluff in position?
When I started playing, I tried to bluff so much.
However, people will still call. So now I bluff sometimes in position.

It's bad) Bluffing is part of poker, but not in case you can not stop. Can you try playing for a while without bluffing?

Bluffing is part of the game, but needs to be done for specific reasons, not just to be doing it. As far as stopping don't concern yourself, y.ou will eventually run out of money

First of all, is your bluff good enough? Is the board made for a bluff? Can sth beat the hand, your opponent had already on the flop?
2. When he called on the turn, he will probably call on the river as well.
Don't bet! next hand, next chance! You tried and it didn't work out. No reason to throw away all your chips.

Yeah, it use to happen to me when I would just 1005 convince myself that the opponent had nothing. I would't look at the situation, analyze the patterns, I would just fire away street after street. I think relaxing and analyzing the hands helped me to just make better decisions and find folds in those situations. Playing poker straight forward in low to mid stakes is all it's about. Out thinking yourself will get you knocked out.

Your ability to win without bluffing is reduced. Ya cant bluff to often or at the wrong time.

You're not the only one; but it will decrease when you'll play more and more. And there is something thats called a possition-bluff; but an experiance player will call if he sees you do that a lot too.
Just get it onder controle; and know when you're bluffing.

A good way to decrease you're bluffing is to right down (actualy on paper) when you bluff, in what position, and the outcome. Maybe you'll nothis a pattern.

Really have to focus, if your image is good and people are folding to you it can be tempting to bluff, but you will get more value from good hands
