I was playing in a tournament today and I was sitting on k,3 off suit in the big blind position. Flop came up a k,3,8 all different suits. I'm pretty sure I have the hand. Someone raises 300 and I reraise to 1k (I had 2500). He reraises me all-in. I look there is no flush or straight possibility so I call. He has king, queen off suit I have him unless he hits a queen. Turn and river are both fives. He beats me with 2 pair queen kicker...... just dumb luck or a bad call? Full disclaimer I figured he was also sitting on the king and my 2 pair would take it.

Thanks,

In my opinion it was a matter of bad luck, but in case he got you all in, maybe you could retire because he can have a pair of kings, or a pair of 3.

And after his allin, you didn’t think that he could have three triples or three eights. This option could also be. In principle, you did the right thing, but no luck.
