i dont see a lot of value hands that Cbet flop and check turn on such a drawy board.
River bet seems polarized (he will not bet 9x), only strong hand that complete are JT (I block it), T6 (I block it) and 56. And a lot of draws miss (I unblock diamonds).

Can I call here ?

Interesting hand bianconi!

Some thoughts on each street:

Pre-flop: Nice call.

Flop: Calling is fine, but at least consider semi-bluff raising. You've got a strong draw with OESD + overcard, and no showdown value. So if you shove over his raise, you have a lot of fold equity, and you're probably over 40% to win if called.

Turn: Bet. Your opponent shows a lot of weakness by checking, and you still only have ten-high.

River: Generally calling will be profitable because you're getting good odds with plenty of showdown value in a blind-vs-blind spot, which is usually a nice combination. So I would want a read to fold. (Bluff-raise could be an interesting option too.)
