When you get that late in a tournament you want to play for stacks with AA or KK. How you get there depends as the responses suggest. You could call, raise, shove, but the idea is to get as much as you can in the pot. The problem is we don't know anything about the villain. Is have a passive player? A shove or 3bet other than a min raise may scare him off. Is he very aggressive and will certainly c-bet? It could be a call. Is there a lot of 3bets going on? If there is it certainly is a raise, if not, it certainly telegraphs your hand.
I'd be making sure I was heads up, I would raise unless I was in the BB just because of the weak raise. I don't want to go to a 3 or 4 way pot with KK. Then you need to extract what you can, but always control the pot if an Ace hits.
It is always better to win a pot pre-flop rather than letting people see cheap flops and out flop you. Don't be afraid of just taking what is in the pot because of a raise. Take the win and move on to the next hand.
