It honestly depends what you mean by "betting constantly". If you are one of the middle or even short stacks, if people are constantly playing eachother in pots, and their stacks are taking large swings, it's more than ok to tighten up.

You print money everytime a larger stack than you gets into trouble and cripples his stack or gets knocked out. Sometimes it just doesn't happen and you start blinding out a bit, so you'll need to start looking for good spots to shove all in pre-flop and pick up the blinds.

There is probably some good resources for handling that situation on this site.

I would recommend the 30-day poker course, they have a chapter on pushing all-in preflop, and on ICM which is the concept that drives most decisions at the Final Table. Once you go through those chapters, you'll see how much value people are throwing away in your final tables.
