Hi. Are freeroll sit and go's a thing? Where can I find them if they are?

I saw only free tickets to the sit and go's for the deposit or challenge. Non dep sit and go freeroll I saw only 1 time and don't remember the room.

Never seen it before. The only why that would work is if they did table winner moves on to another 8MAX table and so on until you get to a final table. It would take a while to play it out though.
