You start with Bronze Level,
After at least 25 quality posts you will recieve Silver status
You can find out about what's a quality post here: https://www.cardschat.com/forum/new-members-corner-76/what-a-quality-post-323519/

Platinum status is NOT awarded automatically.
After you reached at least 75 quality posts you can apply for Platinum.

You can . Every Bronze pw is released 30 min before start of the tournament.
Right on top of the site you find the pw section.

interesting...It should work if you click on the little arrow which will show you pw sections. the Bronze should be open to you cause you only need an account.
You should have the title "Rising Star" everybody starts with that.
@Tammy hope I'm not disturbing but could you help him out here?

At the beginning, everyone forgets to play platinum level after a while you'll get used to it and won't miss these games, well, if you have things to do, of course, you'll have to do business
