Hey all just want to get your thought on this hand. Playing a battle royale on GG and down to final three. Button has 18 bb, I’m in sb with 10 bb and big blind has 4 bb. Button limps, I have 88 so I shove. Bb folds, button calls with KJo and hits K on turn. Was this the right play or should I have just called or folded or smaller raise? My thought were button limping seemed weak and I was hoping bb would call with their few blinds left to get bounty. Was also wanting a win as I keep coming close but never winning any tournament. Probably could have folded and got 2nd place but blinds increasing every 5 hands so needed to try something before blinded away. Thoughts? Thanks.

Three handed with those cards, I would have pushed as well. I don't think the payouts are significant enough to consider playing safe for 2nd place money. You would win your share of this flip in the long run.
