Late in the tournament Hero has 30bb which is also effective in the hand
Lets take a situation that we have on of those 3 hands UTG AJs AQ and AK.
Button who is an unknown without any relevant stats flats a 2.2 open and everyone else folds.

Flop comes:
1) As5h7h
2)Ad8h9h
3)Ad4c8c
and so on... mainly top pair for the hero, and a semi drawy board with low cards below 10. Hero does not have any bdoor fds in any case so is not blocking possible semi bluffs with fds

Hero cbets 33% and btn check raise 3x cbet.

Hero... What would you do?

Generally at 30bb, we have to stack off with Top Pair High Kicker hands against unknown opponents.

With a more coordinated flop like the first two, I would shove over his raise to charge draws and prevent him from checking back turn. With a slightly drier flop like the third one, I would usually just call to keep in his bluffs since there are fewer possible draws (and they have less equity usually).

Interesting question! By the way, I think you mean just a normal raise instead of check-raise since the button is acting after us at the flop?
