I know this is a "dream" thread, but I thought Beal only played the "Corporation" in limit games. CardPlayer does not even list him in their player database, so he has not had any cashes in any tournaments.

That's the whole point, it's a dream final table, so anyone can be there. (Plus, I can almost guarantee none of these final tables will actually materialize in the immediate or late futures, because even witht eh great poker names on the lists, most likely, there is no way that they would all be able to make it through the large fields during the same year.

But on a side note, my thought was that Beal quit poker altogether after Phil Ivey took him for about $15 million or something ridiculous like that in one of their HU matches. Now that is owning someone.

Ivey never played Beal, but Lederer did. So did Doyle and Todd Brunson. (That's why I included Lederer and Doyle) BTW, it wasn't EXACTLY $15 million but it was a ridiculous number that was won/lost.

I normally have a great memory in poker, and in general when I hear something. And, I'm pretty sure Phil Ivey ended up playing Beal HU, because it was the talk of Vegas when it happened. All the poker players, pro, amateur, ect. were talking about how Ivey took the Beal for some ridiculous number, $15-$16 million.

I dont know about Jennifer harman..she is good at limit games, NLHE isnt her cup of tea. But atleast you didnt put Jamie Gold..

My one question though, Where is Phil Ivey? You can't tell me that he doesnt deserve it.

Hey, its the person's personal opinion on who they think would be the most entertaining or derserving to watch. I don't think there's any need to critique his picks and validate why someone should or shouldn't be there. This isn't reality, its just something someone would like to see happen.

donkey-hilarious??? learned all I know about poker from BuckloX and Bill Fillmaff. Probably the 2 best and most underrated players I know.
