You cannot avoid this. This is poker. Big hand vs big draw is standard poker practice. You just have to keep playing as often as you can and the variance will go away and you will win.

The short term pain of losing should not cause you to look at hands like QQ 68% to win vs J10 and think how do I fold this. That is when you lose hope of ever winning because you will be folding too many winning situations.

Always do the math on these hands. Use the cardchat odds calculator. Know it was a good play and keep making that play in spite of the pain of losing.
