Are players aggressive with others since they are not seeing each other?

Are players aggressive with others

There are no such forum on this forum. Here people are adequate ..:rolleyes:

Adequate or not - there have been (more than) enough times (in cc games) where Person X will do everything in their power whenever they share table with Person Y in order to try putting that person to

So yeah players can be aggressive indeed

When I sometimes see how some people behave in a chat and insult other people at the tables, then I wonder if they would behave that way if they were sitting at a live poker table. Unfortunately, if you can't see the people with whom you are playing, then for some it is a reason to simply let go of all inhibitions. But we should never forget the right people sitting on the other side of the screen who just as deserve the respect that one expects

Well, it's not rare to see people racially offend others when they tilt, so unfortunately yes

Recently in our freeroll at pokerstars, a player from Hungary began to speak not nice words in his language to a player from Kazakhstan. It was not very beautiful, I think such people should be excluded from the forum

So did you help that person to be kicked out by making screenshot and sending it to some moderator and/or admin :hmmmm2:

Being disrespectful is not something I would correlate to CardsChat's freerolls... But I have seen a few exceptions of players getting steamrolled and tilted and then exploding with profanity in chat... However, people usually don't give them attention and they stay quiet.

Outside of CC games, it's another story. People have insulted me for basically sitting in a table just for my nationality. I usually just laugh them off. But if I'm feeling naughty, I will fuel their rage by giving into the silliness of the conversation.

There are idiots on and off the internet (for short) but, yes, the internet makes idiots "braver"

Players who do not respect their opponents do not respect themselves. I believe that any insults during the game are unacceptable, no matter what style of play the players have.

I had an interesting experience.

I live in Michigan, here we have access to Pokerstars Mi. Before that I only played on ACR. And baaaaaack in the day, I used to Play PS (2007-2009 in brazil).

I never had problems with chat back in the day. To be honest, I dont remember one single time anyone would type anything in the chat.

When I started playing again this year on ACR, the same. Very little chat. And when it happens it was nothing out of the ordinary nor aggro.

Now, PS MI... A lot, and I mean a lot of trash talkers. So, I guess, these are the usual dirty/weird live poker rooms that we have around here in the casinos.

So, in my experience you are safer online than you are playing live (in Mi at least). :)
