I think you didn't give enough information about your opponents, your move depends a lot on that.

It depends on your feel of the table. If you go all in and your chip average everybody is most likely going to fold if your first to act unless they have a competitive hand which is what you are hoping for (besides AA).

Raise enough to push out the the folks who are willing to payoff a preflop bet to try to catch lucky. You want to play that hand heads up if possible. You're (mathematically) way ahead against a single opponent, but against 2 random hands you're barely ahead (around 61%) and against 3 you're a dog vs. the field. KK is not a hand to slow play preflop, worst of all from an EP like UTG.

Go allin or 50% of your stack. Since its hyper turbo you want to get your chips in with a premium pair as fast as possible.

Hyper turbo with KK, should be all the info one needs. :)

With you in that position and having KK, preflop I'm assuming. The only thing that I can see you doing is pushing all in.

i would raise 5-10x BB and hope someone reraises and then just jam the rest in. in hypers you have to build your stack quickly or you'll end up blinding out fast.

Just going all-in may not get much; but if someone has AK, AQ, or a lower pair you may get paid or they may have very well 3-betted a standard raise for you to 4bet. That may all depend on your table image.
As other commenter's suggested, a little knowledge is helpful in making the best decision.

If every hand is raised preflop, then limp shove.
