Catching up with MTTs in 2020?

Sup guys, can you help me with some poker coaching sites/content for someone who hasn't played in a few years and would like to play small stakes MTTs a few days a week? Maybe even a study group accepting players like this?

If you're new to the poker, I would highly recommend to start reading poker strategy articles, located on top of every CC Page.

You can start with some freerolls and low stakes games.

Refillyour account to play further tournaments. You need a practice game. Find your style in the game. Read poker literature.
