Bovada $100.000 Guaranteed

Every now and then I receive an invite to Bovada's Lucky Draw game.

Ive played it 3 times but it tends to be kinda packed with psychotic players, including Moi, but this 3rd time I played was a charm.

Only problem is we had a trip to Tahoe planned for today and I got home a bit late for the start.

I have to admit that Im taking my time and telling you guys this story just to keep myself from registering late and playing in it today.

I often buy in late to MTTs and do well, but not in $100ks.

If Im not reading the expiration of my ticket wrong, I can play next weeks game as well so Thats what I will do.

I will update this thread with my Player # and progress later.

Very cool way to get an entry to the $100k! (Bodonk doesn't seem to offer this... only Bodonka I guess).
I've never had a $100k ticket that had an expiry date for a 'Saturday'. That's kinda odd.

I really have no idea but I think there are a couple of Bovada peeps as members here.

It is just as it says. Luck of the draw. Gotta pay rake to be entered though. Pretty sure it's only cash game rake too cuz I never saw it when I was only mtt'ing

As for it being "Free", lol, Its kinda like Playing the Lottery every day, $5 a day for 20 years and finally winning like 20K then your mates saying, "And to think it only cost you $5".

Just 5 hours till the cards are in the air.

Game starts at 1PM local time.

My game plan is pretty straight foreword.

I had a great rest last night, workout pretty vigorously this morning followed by a balanced breakfast only with a protein shake added.

I find I have more focus and patients while playing on the days I've had a good workout & stay hydrated.

Ill take the monkeys to the pool at 10ish for a couple of hours.

Following a normal lunch, the wife is taking the monkeys out for the afternoon.

Prior to kick-off Ill take 15-20 minutes of meditation time to just mentally go over my player ranking system, basic fundamentals and my plan of attack. youll laugh, but I totally need mental realignment prior to big tournaments.

I will keep my ranking notes on a few 3 * 5 hard cards an all players/hands of note I encounter from table to table. Never know who youll run into again later in the tournament and my memory blows so writing down my reads helps to reinforce them. (suks gettin old)

My basic plan will be tight early, stack building mid, advantaging taking bubble, tight early money, stack building mid money, smart/tight final table.

All I need is a little old fashioned Run-Good.

I unreg'd & then re-reg'd so I could play on my favourite number (my 'lucky number') lol.
