Blind Structure

If you are playing live at a casino tournament and the blinds are 20 minutes, what would that equal out to, playing an online tournament? Time wise. I hope that's clear enough, sometimes I wonder about how confusing I put things.

For someone who has never played in casino I fail to see the difference. Isn't 20 minutes the same on both "platforms"? Long blind levels might suggest that those are also deep stacked games which will take time. The pace in live games is usually slower meaning less hands played during a level, otherwise I do not see the difference.
