You need to include more information when you ask for advice on hands like this. What was the but-in and what is your bankroll? How many entries were there and how many are left?

Assuming it was a low to medium buy-in it is a no decision easy call.

If you were in a high buy-in (satellited in or won a free ticket etc) and the minimum cash was way above your bankroll and you are guaranteed to be in the money if you fold you could consider a fold just due to the value of the cash you would make.
