For me, the best days are weekends. Saturday and Sunday are great days to play and according to statistics, Saturday and Sunday are the most profitable days for me.

Best Schedule = Sunday - hands down - on every site I'm aware of.
Highest number of recreational players and loose fishe = Friday & Saturday.

I think the best days are Friday, Saturday and Sunday. In general, a lot depends on the poker room. Some of them run daily deep stack freerolls.
