Ok, so Im playing in a $2 tournament, 500 people, I'm doing ok, also playing a $1 SnG just to stop me getting bored at the tourney whilst I'm tight(early stages) and the hands on both tables dry up. So I figure I'll have a quick read on here in between hands. Big mistake! Without noticing, I get moved to another table in the tourney, and hit the big blind. Now on this particular site, the new table opens in a new window, exactly fitting over my other table. Anyway, i don't know how I done it, but the flop's come up AQ5( i forget what suits) and this guys goes all in, and I manage to call without even realising, guess I was too engrossed in this site. he shows 55, and I've got 10-7 and go out like a right muppet. Just before this hand I had a little less than 5000 chips, and the blinds were still only 50/100, but because I wasn't concentrating 100% I go out.
Be careful when playing more than one table whilst on here!

Been there, done that......totally sucks!
You want to play tight but just sitting there folding hand over hand kinda gets you jittery right? So you just browse thru CC or another game like you were and the next thing you know, you have forgotten all about the game, what position you are in, who's gone out.....all that stuff. Then to have the buzzer already counting you down and you haven't even seen your cards or who is even in the hand. So you make a snap decision and usually snap desisions are the wrong ones.....
I really wonder how people can multi-table, I never play well at either table when I try this....
Sorry KD.....

I only multi-table in limit ring games. I find with mtt's that i realy need to be concentrating on the game and not 2 or 3 others. I prefer sites like the prima skins or UB where you can have 4 tables(or 3, on UB) side by side. That way none of the buttons overlap and you can clearly see all your hands at the same time.

yeah, it's so annoying, but completely my own fault. From now on, I'm gonna concentrate on the table I'm playing at, and not do other things like surfing the net, etc. It's like going to a casino, sitting down to play at a poker table, and then getting a book out to read at the same time!
