First hand AKs. This tournament people make crazy calls and play really loose right away.
I make a standard 3bb raise. and got one caller.

I checked behind thinking I was way ahead.
3
Would you re-raise call or fold? I called
4
Would you call re-raise or shove?

I'll post rest of hand if poll says to.

I do like checking back this flop sometimes. We can control the pot and keep bluffs in our villains range. Pot size bet on the turn = flat call, and same goes for the river. If he's value-betting an Ace, we have him crushed, but we can't raise on the river and get pushed off of our hand. He's pretty much repping a set that filled up on the river. I think sometimes we can find a fold here but not as hand was played. If we bet flop and get check-raised and call turn and then get put all in on river or something like that then we can, but we do keep a lot of those river bluffs in by checking the flop.

i'd reraise the turn and end it there most likely
River is a flat call as a reraise will only get you a call if you are beat.
1 pair is not way ahead btw on the flop with flush draws and straight draws.
if he has an ace and checked to you on the flop, your only giving him more chances to beat you/ allow draws to hit and potentially bluff.
and you are losing value!!!

Hope that helps GL!
