In a normal tournament I fold this. In a PKO I am more likely to call, but it depends on, how valuable the bounty of MP+1 is. You basically need to convert the bounty to chips and add it to the total pot size to get your actual pot odds. The bounty of MP also matter, because if that is very juicy, we can assume, MP+1 is jamming wider than normal. So it might be a call depending on the bounties and potential reads on MP+1, but its not a fist pump call.
