Why are there no help tools for mobile phones?

Good afternoon, how are you?
I would like to know why there are no helpful tools for playing poker that are exclusively for mobile phones.
I think there are a lot of people who play poker on mobile phones only, but we don't have that kind of help like those who play on PC.
I think there's a big downside to that.
What do you guys think??

Perhaps the reason is that a maximum of 4 tables can be played from the phone, and unlimited from the PC. But that's just my guess)
