I'm not sure either what that is but it looks like some kind of search/filter which is probably just a small part of some software.

Maybe there was more info on Reddit?

Seems like it is a tool for gathering information about upcoming spin and go tables their IDs their names etc.. probably someone competent can use those IDs ( they are hidden from lobby ) for datamining porpuses.
