I use PT4 but I would recommend you to do the free trials that are available and decide for yourself. I tried HM2 as well but PT4's layout just made more sense to me.

I use PT4 and I like to add, that its a tracker and not just a HUD. The HUD is part of the tracker and tend to get a lot of attention especially from people, who dont like them. But a tracker is much more than just the HUD. Its first and foremost a tool for keeping track of your results and work on your game away from the table by reviewing hands and finding leaks in your game. And therefore its also usefull when playing on sites, that dont allow HUDs, as long as they let you download your hand histories.

I don’t use a HUD anymore because I specialise in live games and therefore I wanted to practice applicable skills online. Though when I did, I used PT5 and I have no complaints about it whatsoever.

I use DriveHUD most of the time now, you can use it on all major poker sites and also runs in BOL and bodog without needing an add-on.

Haven't tried any other "HUDs" other than Jivaro, seems to work just fine.
But I am really debating on trying "PT4" Jivaro only has a 7 day free trial but I have been with them for about a year.

Hello.
I try to just enjoy the game, so I do not use such programs. I think that such programs only complicate and hinder the development of the player's own skills.

I think that statistics collection will soon be banned on all poker networks, so I play without a HUD so as not to get used to it.

I use DriveHUD, because of their prize policy.
You pay different prices, depending on what limits you use it on.
So you can invest significantly less than with other HUDs as a
small stakes player.

It is still a good tool though. When you are moving up the stakes
you can upgrade and the money you already paid will be deducted
from thte prize for the higher stakes version, so you don't pay twice...

I have HM2 but I don't use it all of the time. I have never taken the time so far to optimize or learn completely about the HM2 yet. Now HM2 is the older version anyhow. Most of the time I actually prefer to have a clean basic table and then just really pay attention to everyone at the table.

I agree

Sitting there with a computer software program to help you win doesn’t seem fair. They are great to review hands later if it tracks the play but using it against other players doesn’t seem like even playing field. It’s an unfair advantage and a big money maker for the developers . There’s NO way to keep track of all that data in a real brick and mortar casino game, you’ve got to just play YOUR game and not being guided by the software. They say “well it’s the same as taking notes on players” but we all know it would be impossible to compute all these combinations and actions on your own. If there’s a no HUD allowed I feel much more like I’m playing the player and not some software that does all your calculations for you. Think for yourself

I agree. I have been playing poker for over 10 years, of which the last 5 years, I have been making a profit regularly and I have never used any additional software.

I believe that HM3 or PT4 are your best options.

I know there are players out there that don't use a hud as they feel they will rely on it instead of assessing the game as they play.

I do agree to that to a point and I do not turn on my hud during play.
However, its still a great tool to review your hand histories, understand and analyze playing sessions and work on your game.

I suggest leaving it off, take notes during your playing session and then compare that back to the hand history in the HUD. This is a great way to either validate or make adjustments to what you are seeing in a game and give you a better strategy for next time.

If I understood correctly HUD is it a program that considers the game of your opponents for you?
