Trying to reach Pokerstars tech support

Hi there,

I'm having some problems with pokerstars client and I was trying to reach Pokerstars tech support via email. I send an email few weeks ago but haven't received any answer.

Somebody knows how long does it take to get a reply from them ? I also resend my email couple days ago and still not sure if they respond.

Yeah, I would say it would be much quicker and easier by their live chat.
