Does anyone know what happen if you are disconnected from pokerstars for a couple of minutes when you are playing to a table of Spin&Go table? Are you able to go back to the table when you reconnect to Pokerstars?
Yesterday I played to one of this table, I was chip leader, and last hand that I was able to play I got a flush and it seems that I won that hand (after I raised I lost my connection). I was able to reconnect in 2-3 min but I couldn't see the table anymore.
I asked for the report of the last tournament and in this report the last hand shown is the hand with the flush (won 300 chips)'
I asked for the report of last hand played and it seem that after 8 min after my disconnect I was all in from small blind.

I have seen it happen that people lose their connection but they are able to return to the table. Why you were unable to do so remains a mystery.

Have you looked what your PS hand history looks like? If what you looking for is not there then it is quite tedious to find the facts. You probably blinded out very quickly.

I've also seen people that were sit out and returned to the table but I don't know if they were in sit out because they wanted to be away for a couple of hands or they lost connection.
I asked the report for the last hand and I received what I posted above and when I asked for the report of that tournament I received only for the hands where I was on the table.

What it is a mystery for me is that the tournament finished 8 min after I lost connection but for sure I was reconnected to PokerStars earlier than 5 min. But I didn't see the table anymore. Or maybe the player that remained single to the table was collecting so fast the blinds that I couldn't rejoin .

What I wanted to find is that maybe someone knows about some rules that you can't rejoin to this kind of table...

Yes, as soon as one of the players loses and leaves the game, and the second loses the Internet connection with the poker site, he is given about a minute to restore the connection. After that, he is a "sit out" at the table and, since the stacks in this game are small, the remaining player, as a rule, takes the opponent's stack within a minute or two. You can see the history of only those hands in which you took part - you were directly at the table.

Contact them (help via chat, an exemple) requesting a refund of the amount.
Although they claim that this is not the standard procedure, they always reimbursed me, but almost always in my case the problem was with the software and not with my internet.
Some of those times when I reconnected, my cards didn't show up for me (turned upside down), that means the software was wrong.
