Problems with Poker Calculator Pro

Anyone purchased or tried Poker Pro Calculator and/or had trouble with it displaying any information?

Purchased monthly payment version of Poker Pro Suite from Poker Pro Labs this weekend. I installed Poker Pro Calculator, but it doesn't show anything other than the player names. No hole or board cards, no odds, no HUD.

Did look in the user manual and made sure the poker room settings were correct.

Tried on FT and PS with no luck.

Called them on Sat and Today and got voice mail

Anyone run into this before?

no but i heard it has had problems..i try not to purchase a whole lot of poker tools online..
